#105-INTRODUCTION TO BOTANICAL DRAWING, FALL LEAVES, PODS AND CONES: COLORED PENCIL (with zoom)

Observing and illustrating plants gives us an abundance of subject matter, rich in color, to draw from. This time of year, we also have the beauty and variety of fall vegetation at hand. The process lets us appreciate the natural world, noticing much more than our usually daily lives allow. More than just drawing plants, botanical drawing lets us utilize color, form, texture, pattern, and value. Come learn about this wonderful discipline and try your hand at becoming a portrait artist of the plant world. It’s helpful if you have taken Beginning Colored Pencil or have some experience working with colored pencil, but all experience levels are welcome. Our class will be on Zoom, a video chat software that is really easy to use. Just download the app on your device (desktop computer, laptop, or tablet). I will provide you with a link before class time. Click on it when class begins, and you are in! Four 2.5-hour sessions. Maximum of 8 students. THIS CLASS HAS FILLED. IF YOU WISH TO BE ON THE WAITING LIST PLEASE CONTACT US AT 541-683-2787 (ext 1)

*If you would like a certificate mailed to someone else, please put their name and address under 'Additional Notes' when checking out.*
