Learning to draw realistically is really a process of learning how to see things with clarity. It sounds simple, but our brains often trip us up. Our drawing classes focus on exercises that allow us to break down the obstacles to seeing, allowing real drawing progress to take place. You'll learn about contour drawing, how to see negative space and value, and how to perceive more detail in what you are drawing. No drawing experience is necessary. All you need is a willingness to learn and the ability to focus. You'll be amazed at your progress! Maximum of 6 students.

    PLEASE HAVE:

    • One Strathmore 9 x 12 top bound spiral Drawing pad (80lb paper)
    • Pencils, one each: 4H, 2H, HB, 2B, 4B and Ebony
    • One Small metal pencil sharpener: Recommended brass bullet type or Kum automatic long point sharpener
    • Graphite sticks (thin): one each 2B, 4B
