How do I return an item?

For any item that has been shipped to you please contact us
with the order number and we can assist you with your return.

OREGON ART SUPPLY ONLINE RETURN POLICY

Refunds are available within 7 calendar days after delivery.
All returns must be in the original packaging and in new
re-sellable condition. If an item is received damaged or
incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Service
at 866-683-2787 with your order number. so we can assess the
problem and make any necessary refund/correction. Once a refund
has been determined we will credit your account accordingly.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if
seller is not at fault.

OREGON ART SUPPLY IN-STORE RETURN POLICY

Cash refunds are available within 15 days of purchase
if accompanied by a valid receipt. All returns must be
in the original packaging and in new re-sellable condition.
Returns over $25.00 will be refunded by company check,
allow 2-5 business days.
Exchange or in-store credit only on merchandise
purchased within 30 days. All returned items must
be in original packaging and in new and re-sellable
condition. Returns on non-stocked items, or items
obviously purchased from another business will
not be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse returns not
accompanied by a receipt.
